      Decided to completely redo this airport. Accurate placment of all assets, removed things not present at this airport (fuel trucks, etc), finetuned buildings on sloping terrain. added new assets like sailplane trailers, etc.

      Removed "always flatten" - airport is fine without it. Removed illegal "tower" property from ATC, removed "has ATC" (there is no real tower at this airfield". Removed erroneous traffic flows, not necessary since no AI traffic and creating multiple validation warnings (did not work correctly anyway). Adjusted boundary to avoid further woes upon scenery recut.
