      Full remake of KBTV according to latest XP12 tech and photos supplied by Austin. This is the Gateway version, no custom objects for Beta tech. Boundary extended to clear approach areas from trees (in lieu of excl zones) as per latest directives.

      Regrettably had to show airport as "always flatten" due excessive terrain variations which made for many buildings hanging over cliffs and sinking into ground. Unable to correct those irregularities. Also, there may be some very minor road incursions. Hoping Julian can be forgiving of those incursions.
