    Fixed all validation errors. Removed runway distance signs (only add them manually, otherwise they intrude on taxiways), changed some problematic taxiways to pavement (only use taxiways for surfaces where aircraft actually taxi). Added exclusion zones for whole airport to protect against third party meshes.

    Replaced static ramp airplanes with ramp starts to get autogenerated static planes. Moved ground truck parking to outside and destinations to inside terminal. Fixed a number of jetway kit issues of wrong length tunnels. Improved ramp lighting for concourse A of MacNamara. More ramp objects.
