      Total rebuild from scratch.

      This is BruceBuilds version which was accepted but never recommended, as it wasnt based on the latest recommended parent. A myriad of emergency fixes to get it past validation and to a level of acceptance, taxiway/runway issues, runways placed accurately, fixed ramp starts and so on and so on. Airport needs a full rework in the future, for now it should be ok.

      This version, WedBot orignal taxi routes deleted, but massive line and pavement node reductions done here are still intact. (Still believe LamMod altering previous submission, opening and altering taxi routes would be the easiest on their end.) Oh,well.

      This is a revised and enhanced edition of KPBI. Among other improvments was the elimination of up to thousands of unnecessary pavement and line nodes. Whomever did the original upon which it was based did a nice job, but worked way too hard.
