    Removed blocks from taxiway that were necessary for XP11, now mesh is fixed in XP12 and taxiway can be used again.

    Removed always flatten. This makes one taxiway unusable (I blocked it with barriers and Xs), but is necessary to make adjacent Tblisis Intl usable (fall through runway bug). Will remove blockage again for XP12 when better mesh allows it.
