      This is a complete rebuild to show the new (2018) runway, and to add 3D objects. The name is changed to 'Ulan-Ude' to match AIP. The new naviads are not in the default AIRAC. TWY lighting is as per AIP. The AI seems to manoeuver planes to/from the tie-downs OK.
