      'Stavropol Shpakovskoye' is more conventional, and is consistent with AIP. Multiple sources (including the AIP) show that CIFP rwy coordinates are in error by 30 m. For Gateway upload, I was forced to shift the RWY south by 30 m; and that is why the ILS is no longer aligned. Also: re-did all lines and markings, and added 3D elements. [BTW I have done 59 Russian airports that are fully documented in the AIP, and 3 of those have clearly incorrect CIFP coordinates: a good - but not great - error rate!]
