    I have readjusted the exclusions to fix the problem of fences intersecting the road network. Please note explanation of scenery offset, given in scenery ID 81909.

    As much info as possible was gleaned from the Tajik AIP (dated 2020). However validation failed initially as the CIFP of THR 08 was 50m off south, and CIFP of THR 26 was 50m off south AND 100m east. [Coords in ESRI, Google and Yandex all agree closely, so CIFP is certainly wrong.] Anyway, I fudged the model by adding 105 m to the runway, and moving the whole airport 50 south. Now the thresholds and CIFP agree to less than 3 metres.
