      Added taxi routes and ramp starts to facilitate AI traffic (tested with Traffic Global). Added truck ground routes, stops, trucks etc.

      Fixed some authoring errors. Changed jetway sections to "tunnel parked". Fixed sloppy airport boundary (this is important, it will KILL all autogen on scenery recut!!), fixed some errors with ramp starts (set to misc, wrong ops type, etc.) Remove "always flatten", airport is fine without it, it should be used only in emergencies! Added exclusion zones over whole airport to protect against third-party meshes.
