Removed all objects outside airport boundery again based on my last importable commit 104946. My last try (104946) is still not importable. Now i used a fresh scenery, imported commit 104946 and removed the outside boundary objects. Julian, if it still doesn't work, please import 104946 and do the changes for me. It's done in 2 minutes. Thanks!
