      New 3D scenery for Cashen, in Wasco, California. Changes include: (1) reoriented and relocated runway, using USGS GeoTIFF as an authoritative guide. (2) Re-did taxiway, again using USGS imagery. (3) Added ramp, buildings, basic lighting. (4) Added ramp start, "tower" view, parked aircraft, other minor details.
