      Trying again, with Field Elevation set to zero. This mostly fixes the land-sea gap. There is a residual artifact on the northern shore - but there is a huge land-sea gap under the cliff anyway, irrespective of the present tweaks.

      This is a response to XSG-14352; I have enabled flattening to fix the problem. Also there are several updates to reflect the newly resurfaced runway and XP-12 features. There are displaced thresholds (according to AIP), but the CIFP database does not know about them; hence they are represented by blast pads for now (which is the closest visual approx to reality).
