      I fixed the Northerly wind rules and flow. I also added an airport exclusion zone to comply with the new airport design rules.

      I have added numerous aircraft and most airport hangers and buildings as well as connecting roadways shown on airport diagram. Now has an Airport flow and ATC is setup with current frequencys. Default start spot is in front of a friends hanger for his Bonanza.
