    KHYS: Hays Regional, Kansas. Re-submit of 67881 due to ATC flow overlapping ramp starts. Full 3D build. ATC flow was reduced in size to more approiate for small General Aviation and small Regional Carrier operations and to avoid overlapping each other and ramp starts. Reduced size of ramp start aircraft. Hope this does it. HeadwindH

    KHYS: Hays Regional, Kansas. Minor changes to current recommended 3D build. Two hold short lines for runway 34 were backwards. Size E ramp start airplanes downsized to be appropriate for General Avaiton airplanes parked in their respective areas. Changed ramp start aircraft at terminal to an airliner. (Airlines come and go in Hays.) Headwind
