      XP12 rebuild of WEDbot. Slight tilt of runway at SW end should not affect t/o and landing so I did not flatten. (Also note that 09AK is West Beaver, AK, not Larsen Bay) Updated metadata. FAA shows City/Locality as Larsen Bay.
