      4IL4 Thrifty Acres Removed some trees from outside of the airport boundary and erased the Beacon. The Runway markings I used the Concrete pol. as told to do so on the Forum and it gives 4 Warnings but I waived.

      This is a Resubmission where it was denied for White Ground Markings on runway so I changed to concrete as I had been advised to do so on the Forums. I have to WAIVE a warning that XPLANE discourages the use of Concrete on Runways. Grass runways do use flush concrete as they are permanment markings.

      4IL3 Relocated runway, added buildings, pavement, trees, exclusions, a ramp, and 1 aircraft. The old runway placement left no road there causing disappearing traffic. Many of the developed airports/strips will have this issue.
