    re numbers missing from runway (32). painted them back.

    this was wrong in every respect. runway is actually 14/32 not 12/30, taxiway is wrong side of runway. I had to check twice to see if i had the right airport. It still passes validation against CIPF data for the wrong runway ?? even if you drag it out of place? WED 1.7 fails other even smaller airports runways- (I don't understand this). Triple checking-There are 2 "Newton Muni" airports !! 1- IA 50208 & 2nd - TX 75966 Both have 14/32 runways just to further confuse .All fixed plus more
