      ESRI vs. WED vs. Default Scenery views have severe shoreline discrepencies. See: Pier 5 Start. In spite of adding way too many exclusions to create a new shoreline and group-shifting them, I could'nt achieve, so Moderator needs to correct default scenery. Also, the artist could not add Sealane 2W/20W into metadata which needs rectificattion by Moderator. The uneeded exclusions deleted. Otherwise, all validations are clear here.
