      XP12 update. Deleted Exclusion zones. Adjusted airport boundary to include windsock circle (otherwise outside of boundary) and new Rwy 16 turnaround. Changed from PAPI(4L) to PAPI(2L). Note: Google Earth shows turnaround Rwy 16 extended to match Rwy 34. I extended airport boundary to include extended Rwy 16 turnaround. (See Google Earth image 40.087, -98.543 for new construction.) Hope it's OK to do this.
