    Resubmission: Noticed tanks smashed together and semi in tank and corrected(???). Added Taxiway from Hangar to runway byway road. If this does not pass tell me what it is and I will erase it.

    8LL3 Wyoming is near Wyoming, IL. It is a few minutes from 29IL Wilkinson I am developing. Both are near the Illinois Windmill Farm Package on the Forums.
