      Sovde, near Sjobo, has two club areas, and two parallell runways, for GA and gliders. I have made the 12/30 rwy for powered acf lighted (as specified) and added PAPIs useful for both runways. Please correct if this is wrong.

      Sovde, outside Sjobo, is a very activa GA and glider club airfield, with what in practice seems to be two parallell runways 12/30. In all likelihood, one of them is mainly used for power acf, and the other for gliders. The runways are lit, and I included PAPIs, although I'm not sure they're there...
