      This is a hotfix in order for the roads and hopefully the railway line serving the terminal to be correct when the X-Plane 11 mesh is cut. I also put the runways in the correct place and added an airport boundary.

      Fixed airport name (Thambo -> Tambo). Fixed multiple ATC items using the same frequency to pass WED validation. Updated ATC freequencies as per current LIDO charts. Note: "radar" East/West frequencies seemingly handle both approaching and departing traffic, not sure how to specify this in WED -- I marked both as approach for now.
