    Updated frequencies, corrected runway lightings, converted old ground textures to XP12, added missing windsocks, created new TWY A9, set all runways to code F (instead of E), corrected a big discontinuity between several taxiway surfaces, added pavement FX, replaced some old assets with better options, reworked gates 130 to 132 and C71T to C71Y (new layout). WED validation report warnings: several objects have a custom height assigned on purpose by a previous artist. I fixed half of them by placing different light poles.
