    XP12 update. Complete rebuild of airport. Removed everything outside of boundary. Removed exclusion zones but had to add forest exclision to clear Rwy 24 approach. Update buildings, pavement, vegetation and objects.

    KHMP is now Henry Co formerly Clayton Co Tara Fld. Two identical versions exist for Clayton Co Tara Fld, one as KHMP and one as 4A7. Fencing and taxiway lighting placed from Google Earth overhead. Note that there is now a road along the north end of Rwy 24 that does not show in ESRI. I added the adjacent Speedway circle to the east for visual orientation on approach.
