      Add ATC & taxi routes, add taxiway D & B1, add ramp starts, add painted runway signs, various updates to bring airport closer to changes in real life. The terminal area IRL has had its lines repainted due to new Allegiant service & there is a new parking lot built right next to FedEx, but no satellite imagery that I could find yet, so I did not try to add these.
