    Elk River re-worked for X-Plane 12. Real world PAPI is 2 light, 4 light PAPI in place at 4.5% descent rate per real world. Accurate building footprint, modified boundary slightly to accomodate. Unfortunately necessary exclusions removed golf course poly. Multiple sources showed 'hold short' lines reverse of the normal. I'm not sure what they are protecting placed like that but I followed suit. Taxi routes are in place.
