      Third attempt to untangle these two airports. All metadata is correct per FAA data. The northern runway belongs to a separate airport.

      Looks like we have to do this the hard way. The two adjacent runways are separate airports. The southern one is PAKX but the Airport ID misidentifies it at PALJ. Once process, a new code will be requested for the real PALJ which is the nothern runway.
