      Airport possibly used sporadically. Changed runway numbers. Repositioned entire airport (ESRI not correct). Changed PAPIs to APAPIs. Added ramp start positions (none were available!!!) and helipad. 2 x AGL used. Assumptions: Apt has APAPI; could be used at night for emergencies so RWY may have emergency LIRL; CTAF 122.8 used. Added additional building and parking landside.
