      Adjusted airport boundary to fit autogen. Narrow airport: adjusted ramp positions to eliminate runway taxi route incursion errors. Some micromanaging of t/r required as a consequence. Ground routes and vehicles removed. These seem to run into parked aircraft. Misc minor tweaks.
