      Newly laid runway and apron, and new terminal. The Russian AIP has reclassified this from a heliport to an airport, so I dropped '[H]' from the airport's name. The AIP provides no diagrams and no data for this airport, so this update is based only on ESRI. (IRL there are markings.) The fuel tanks do belong to the airport.

      The runway was permanently closed in 2018, so UHPD is now very basic. Layout is based on the AIP Feb 2019.
