      Update metadata, extend runway from 2500m to 3000m as per irl, add ATIS frequency.

      From Nothing. New International. VERY little info and what there is, is conflicting. There are plans for 3 runways but only 1 is operational (official data) 2nd runway MAY be started (don't think so). Official data for ILS, GS etc transmitters is completely wrong. That puts them many miles away. Started to correct for earth-nav.dat correction request only to discover changes post 11.5 scupper that so ILS will not be operational until Laminar update it with new info.
