      Converted erroneous taxiway polygons. Added taxi routes, tidied up taxiway E and remaining line marking, added miscellaneous buildings/trees around southern apron, completed fence.

      Major overhaul including: buildings, tower, aircraft, ramps, runways, taxiways, line markings, lighting, trees, car parking, fence, grass runway markings. Tightened boundary so that autogen deals with residential area of base in future. Should be a big improvement from what was a barebones model. This is the most comprehensive work I have done, so feedback appreciated :)

      Moved the eastern boundary closer to the runways. The western boundary is correct to real the real life boundary of RAAF Williams Point Cook Airforce Base, encompasing the millitary buildings to the west. If this creates an issue since I haven't placed my own buildings I'll rectify it for you.
