      Rebuilt airport from scratch

      Fixed incorrectly labled 07/25 runway to 06/24 that is causing errors loading procedures for the airport. Repositioned runways to match CIFP data. Added runway thresholds and married up taxiways to new runway positions. Added taxiway lights. Removed and replaced redacted object files. Added exclusion zones to reomove conflicting structures. Added a boundry to the airport. Fixed ramp start sizes and spacing. Added AWIS frequency. More to come, WIP.

      Changed the incorrectly named runway 07/25 to the correct 06/24. This should fix the "missing runway" error when attempting to load proceedures via X-plane GNS. Added an airport boundary.
