      XP12 update. Adjust boundary, runways and taxiways. Convert hangar pads from taxiways to polygons. Delete exclusion zones. FAA shows PAPI(2L) but ESRI and Google Earth clearly show 4L. Updated buildings. Added compass rose and windsock circle.
