      Cleaned up removal of 2/20 runway (now taxiway M), including signage, centreline lighting (as per published LVPs), windsocks, taxi network. Added starts to missing taxi routes. Tidied jetways.

      I have placed runway 20 on top. Though this is not correct to real world, it is the limitation of where WED error checks forces the runway to be.
