      Updated to XP12 3D. Rwy 14/32 is no longer used and partly torn up. Replaced VASI with PAPI4L per Jeppesen chart and Google Earth view. Added airport boundary. Added accurate taxiways. OSM roads are not accurate, run through parking lot - had to exclude them. Very poor ESRI and Google Earth images to work from. Windsock circle places from Jeppesen chart. Gateway CIFP will not allow runway displaced threshold that shows on ESRI image.
