      Updated to XP12. Corrected Rampstarts, runway threshold, taxiroutes, groundroutes, polygons, linemarkings, helipads, taxiwayheadings, airportboundary - all according to ESRI slippymap and Bing Orthomaps. Added small amount of pavement_fx for better 3D immersion. Very good performance with max graphic settings.
