Resubmitted. Rwy 03/21 does not extend deep into the trees on the end of Rwy 03 as CIFP demands. (see ESRI, Google and Bing satellite views.) Adjusted boundary to allow for incorrect runway incursion into trees at Rwy 03, and added exclusions zones to both ends of 03/21 to clear forests and housing at NE end of airport.

XP12 update. Adjust boundary to accommodate incorrect CIFP location of grass Rwy 03/21 (exclusion zone for forest and objects needed at north end of correct Rwy 03/21.) Created grass polygon for accurate runway location and set markers according to ESRI. WED will not allow airport to be saved without CIFP location of Rwy 03/21 so exaggerated boundary to include the CIFP runway. Add new taxilines. Update buildings. Did not include new pavement in long hangar area shown in Google map image but not ESRI.

Grass runway 03/21 no longer in service (see 2018 Google Earth overhead). Fence is partial and placed as seen in Google Earth and consistent with drawings and Google Earth. Only taxi lines and holds visible in ESRI and Google Earth were placed.
