      KCNK: Blosser Muni, Concordia, Kansas. Fixed higgins' nice 3D build of Blosser so it will validate. Added displased runway 21 threshold and made mid field concrete poly blending with runway a taxiway surface. Validates now. Good looking build higgins. HeadwindH
