    This build is submitted to be a replace files numbered: 44266 and 44171 (both bkeith) and 18303, WEDbot. The file has been rebuilt using the Ben Supnik knockout technique enabling minimal asphalt pavements. It also contains other fixes including Gateway download problems on files above and missing pavements below the termiminal area in the WEDbot original file.
