      KHVR Havre, MT Added rwy hold painting and sign at Rwy 3, added taxi way name to each Rwy Hold sign, moved beacon and windsock to reflect reality, added two more ramp starts, and lowered height of ramp night lights. No other changes.

      KHVR (Havre City-County) is a two runway publicly owned airport located in north central Montana. Included are an assortment of library 3d objects but no AI. AirNav and others report that the airport has a segmented windsock circle but I couldn't find it in the downloadable imagery. I wasn't sure what the concrete extension to the north was for so I made it into a helipad.
