      KPHG: Phillipsburg Muni, Kansas. Up-date of previously approved and recommended submission, 3D build 67758. After flying around KPHG with build 67758, I saw that the taxiways and taxi line merges to runway 13 were not symetrical and un-attractive. Those issues were improved. Thanx, HeadwindH

Replaced Large, non-existent FBO with small, utiltiy spray operation type hangar, added small FBO/pilot lounge building, added water treatment building and ramp/road access. Thinned out a few trees in parking area at plant. Added a few parked cars. Conforms with GW validations. HeadwindH
