      I consider (after reading "Road Editing for the Scenery Gateway") the on-airport road to be "implausible" for the following reasons: streetlights directly on appch for RWY 4; Road cuts into ramp. Only 3 exclusions were needed. I Can remove these Exclusions, if that is necessary for the Gateway.
