    Prepared previous author's submission for XP12: removed giant ground texture, removed flatten, removed "set_MSL" from as many objects as possible to pass validation, but for certain items the previous author spent a lot of time on (example, making lights taller by putting them on columns, making the beacon show on the control tower roof, etc) I converted "set_MSL" to the equivalent "set_AGL" to pass validation with a warning

    Footprint of Geotiff extract of first Google Earth images of the new airport opened in Feb 2017. The airport area has been flattened in RW hence the "always flatten" option is flagged else the runway would result too bumpy. Some work on the meshes should be done to reflect RW airport profile. Airport taxiways and signs still no visible in the sat images.
