      General make-over of previous 2D version. One difficulty is that the prescribed CIFP runway coords are at odds with the AIP, ESRI and all other available imagery. The error is about 35 m. [Likewise the coords in earth_nav.dat is a bit out.] So, to pass validation, the RWY is shifted from its true position.
