      -> Changed a number of taxiways into draped polygons (hopefully I didn't miss anything) and removed pavements from areas they are no longer needed in -> Modified ground traffic starts on the southern apron to not be in aircraft movement areas and lined up the ramp starts -> Ground traffic routing on southern part of the airport is "plausible" -> Added Merpati Maintenance Center apron with related taxiway -> Added taxiway centerline lights on southern taxiways -> Fixed some fround markings on southern end of airport -> Added helipads around Navy Apron
