This is an intermediate version to contribute to CleverestEU's huge work: Tried to define the airport boundary by adding first some fences at the east boundary based on ESRi, google images, OSM and Google Streetview. Refined the boundary and moved all assets outside to the (hidden) group "Assets outside airport boundary" - mainly "Singapore Cruise Centre", "Changi Ferry Terminal", "Golf course" and "Changi Water Reclamation Plant". Created Exlusion Zones as needed. Remark: the current state does not conform to Jeppesen of 12-May-2023. According to this, Terminal T5 is still under construction. I'd suggest to ommit the unamed taxiways in the middle and south and only leave K and J to reflect the current operational state.

Don't know how long this has been the case, but ... apparently 99% of the taxiways were "anonymous". Fixed. And at the same time, disabled one taxiway which (at least on my machine) goes through a terrain cut that drops to the center of the Earth. It is not a good idea to taxi through that area.

Initially didn't realise that the new road-features are not allowed in gateway just yet, so needed to re-import parts of the Airport Boulevard between T2/T3 (I do have a version of the airport with the roads built using the road tool for future release, those are just hidden in this version)

Updated version of 56910 ... some (but not all) things pointed out in my previously requested peer review have been fixed. There are still things that are "wrong", but all in all, this submission should IMHO be used as basis for future improvements for the airport instead of starting with 56910. Personally I think this is "something better suited for the next developer" than my submission from over three years ago. Also ... with this submitted airport, it should be possible to finally drop WSAC and thus get rid of the "overlapping airports" issue with the ATC ;)
