      1) Relocated all taxiway ends away from runway shoulders into runway so they intersect a little with the _runway_ instead. 2) Removed problematic polygons which are unneccessary anyway, they looked like taxiways and just contributed to confusion. 3) Left a little space between taxiway markings/lights and runway edges where possible.
