      Fixed a problem with the apron control frequency - XPlane can not handle 25kHz freqs in WED yet, therefore 121.725 got turned into 121.73 which locked up the AI traffic. Also tried to fix http://gatewaybugs.x-plane.com/browse/XSG-776
