Fixed up latest submission so it can be accepted, removed offending objects on parking lot. Autogen road is in wrong spot, we can revert this change if it gets better in XP12. Also enabled "always flatten" - this creates an ugly artifact in river north of airport, but runway was unusable without this.

De-selected Always flatten as it ruins immersion on approach to RWY 12 by elevating the sea and making the shore look like a "perfect rectangular" port. RWY length had to be slightly shifted after the CIFP data warning during initial upload attempt.

Major airport upgrade. Aligned to wedbing. Slight alignment issues with OSM roads, better with HD scenery but not perfect. DSF boundary causes bump in runway, unable to fix. Some buildings split in two by the DSF boundary.
